ChronoBlock is a desktop time management application with a free version and an optional one-time lifetime license. It provides:
- Calendar-based time block scheduling
- Task creation and management
- Task to time block conversion
- Daily planning and organization tools
- Pomodoro timer functionality
- User settings and preferences
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination
10.1 By You

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. We may delete your account data and will have no obligation to retain any of your information.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChronoBlock is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unable to resolve through negotiation, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association.
Arbitration Agreement: You and ChronoBlock agree to resolve any disputes through individual arbitration, not in court, unless you opt out of this arbitration agreement.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChronoBlock regarding the Service.
12.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
12.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government regulations.
